Questions
Before you apply
Can I apply if I'm blacklisted or under debt review?
If you are under debt review or have an active judgment, we cannot lend by law. If you have a low credit score, apply anyway. We look at your whole picture, including your income and how you manage your account.
Will applying affect my credit score?
We run a credit check as required by the NCA. An application shows on your record as an enquiry. Missed repayments hurt your score, while repaying on time helps build it.
How is my monthly repayment collected?
By debit order on your payday. You choose the payday when you apply, so the debit lines up with when your salary comes in.
Can I settle my loan early?
Yes, at any time. You pay only the interest and fees up to the day you settle. There is no penalty for paying early.
What if I can't make a repayment?
Contact us before the debit date. We can talk about options that fit your situation, and it costs far less than a missed debit order.
Is my information safe?
We handle your data under POPIA. It is used only to assess and manage your loan and is never sold.
